The Halloween Impostor 🦇
Straddling the line between fall and winter, plenty and paucity, life and death, it’s that time of the year 👻 — everyone knows that the 31st of October is the doomed day, opening the gates to hell. Well, there is no difference in the situation for Cometh. Welcome to Halloween night in the Cometh Galaxy. Buckle up, it’s the spookiest night in Blood River! 🩸
Somewhere deep down in the Cometh Galaxy, on a planet hidden by the Unknown Curse, Halloween night was going on nicely and calmly until things got complicated. It all started with a simple betting game on the result of the latest Cometh Battle, but ended with betrayal. After the first cheers of the night, Richard III started to act manic, almost schizophrenic, you may say.
After several examinations by Amaterasu, they came to the conclusion that Richard III had got 4 different types of parasites in his drink, caused by the Infection💉 Panic filled the whole planet suddenly, felt like hell just froze, and even though no one was speaking, there was one specific question in everyone’s head — “what happens if we are all affected by the Infection?” 💀
Fortunately, after several hours that felt like an eternity, Richard III was the only one showing symptoms of Infected Blood. When they were discussing calling the elders of the galaxy, they heard a faint but demon-like voice — “In space, no one can hear you scream but me!” The whole crowd turned towards the gates of the great hall only to see Crazy Sheep was standing there with his twirly eyes. Even though he was not invited, he heard the screams and brought something from one of the Seven Prime Colonies, coming all the way from Von, the Parasite Extractor. đź¦
He pumped the parasites out with the Parasite Extractor, and used Burn Baby Burn, as he lit them in flames. Richard III was going to be okay, but who was the impostor among them? Why would someone do something like this to their own people? These questions remained unanswered as the night kept going. Suddenly, they heard Space Clown, unknown to him, he was drunk from the Halloween potion they’ve been drinking or from the fear of the Infected Blood, he yelled — “We can use Drop the Mask to reveal the impostor!” It was an excellent idea, but they had to summon the Chosen One, which could only be done through The War Recruitment. Luckily, he was affected enough by the Halloween potion to agree to summon the Chosen One.
They used Drop the Mask, just to find out that the imposter was… no one else but Space Clown 🤡 himself! He was just too full of himself that he didn’t think that Drop the Mask would even work on him, but he was missing something, the Chosen One is capable of revealing any secrets🔮 He finally admitted that he wanted to rule Richard III’s kingdom in the Seven Prime Colonies and tried to poison him, but thanks to himself, he is now under control.
Don’t worry pilots, Space Clown is in the Galactic jail deep down in the Cometh Universe, and will not be released for another 3000 years — and Halloween night went on smoothly after this spectacle. Enjoy your battles in space, and don’t forget to keep up with the Captain Fit series — for all we know, we are only safe for the next 3000 years. One thing we learned from Cometh Battle is — always be prepared! 🌌
